Thanks for your interest in starting a new guitar project with me!
Please read before moving onto the inquiry form.
Once you click above to get started, you’ll be guided to a form where you can share your ideas and give me all the specs for your new guitar or bass. Your submission will be completed once the $50 consultation fee is collected.
What to expect:
I will respond within 7 days via email with a personalized outline and pricing, along with an invitation to schedule a video consultation.
Video consultations are one-on-one via Zoom, Google Meet, or Instagram and can last up to an hour. We will discuss your guitar and preferences in depth in order to finalize our build plan.
Following the consultation, you will receive a final invoice for your project including an official build outline. A minimum 50% deposit is required to formally begin the project and claim your spot on the schedule for delivery. Today’s consultation fee will be applied toward your initial deposit.
Invoice pricing will be honored for up to 90 days upon receipt, although lead times may be adjusted based on timing. Keep in mind that my work flows are based on the sequence in-which orders are closed and deposits are secured.
If you choose not to move forward on a related guitar project after receiving a consultation, today’s fee is non-refundable as it covers the time involved in providing my services.
I intend to accept 6-8 custom orders with delivery in 2026. The amount of these requests that can be submitted is limited and I will be responding in the order that everything is received. If the 2026 build slots fill up, I will be accepting an additional batch of orders into the following calendar year if necessary. If I deem my books are full before I get an opportunity to respond to your request, you will absolutely receive a full refund. In transparency, I just don’t know what to expect in terms of the response to opening back up. If it gets too crazy, I might quit my job and go back to building full-time. We’ll see what happens. Regardless, I appreciate your support and look forward to building some cool guitars.
